  • Who Can Become a Partner?

    Anyone – both individuals and businesses can join the referral program. There are no requirements.

  • How Does the Reward Work?

    For every successful booking of a Stratoor Now consulting session by a customer you refer, you earn €20. The reward applies only to each customer’s first booking.

  • How Are Referred Customers Tracked?

    The customer enters your name as the referrer in the booking form. This ensures that each referral is clearly tracked.

     

  • How Do I Issue the Invoice Correctly?

    At the end of the month, create an invoice listing all referred customers. Each booking should be listed as a separate item labeled “Referral Program” at €20. The invoice must include Stratoor’s VAT ID and comply with EU regulations.

  • How Do I Receive the Payment?

    The standard payment is made via SEPA. If you prefer, payment can also be made in Bitcoin – in that case, include your wallet address on the invoice. The Bitcoin amount is based on the market rate at the time the referred customer’s booking was made.

  • Are There Deadlines for Issuing Invoices?

    Yes. Unclaimed payments expire after one year. Invoices must be issued no later than one year after the booking, otherwise the claim is forfeited.

  • How Can I Cancel an Already Paid Instant Consultation?
    Once an instant consultation has been completed, it cannot be canceled. Of course, you can cancel or reschedule the appointment if needed. Please contact us via the contact form or book the service again using your Google Meet link.
  • Is There a Minimum Number of Customers?

    No. You can refer as many customers as you like, with no minimum requirements.

  • Are Repeat Bookings by the Same Customer Rewarded?

    No. The reward applies only to a customer’s first Stratoor Now consulting session booking.

Terms & Conditions for the Stratoor Now Referral Program

1. Eligibility


1.1 Eligible participants are adults (natural persons) and legal entities based in the European Union or Switzerland.


1.2 By participating, the partner confirms that they act on their own account and responsibility (no employment or contractual relationship with Stratoor is created).


1.3 Participation requires compliance with all applicable tax and social security regulations in the partner’s country of residence.

2. Reward


2.1 For each first-time booking by a customer referred by the partner, the partner receives a one-time reward of €20.


2.2 The reward is only granted if the booking is successfully completed and not canceled or reversed.


2.3 The reward applies solely to the first booking of a referred customer; subsequent bookings by the same customer are excluded.

3. Payment


3.1 Standard payment is made via SEPA transfer.


3.2 Upon request, payment can be made in Bitcoin (BTC). Conversion is based on the EUR/BTC closing rate published by Coinbase on the last calendar day of the respective month.


3.3 All tax obligations (e.g., income tax, VAT, capital gains tax for Bitcoin) are the partner’s responsibility. Stratoor can issue a settlement in EUR on request but does not provide tax advice.

4. Invoicing & Billing


4.1 Referred customers are tracked via the “Referral Partner” field in the booking form.


4.2 At the end of each calendar month, the partner issues a proper invoice to Stratoor, which must include:

  • Full name and address of the partner
  • List of referred customers
  • Reward of €20 per customer
  • Stratoor’s VAT ID (if applicable)
  • Applicable statutory VAT (if relevant)
  • Consider reverse charge bill (if applicable)

    4.3 Stratoor reviews the invoice within 30 days and pays the due amount upon successful verification.

5. Deadlines & Expiration


5.1 Claims for rewards must be made within 12 months of the successful booking. After this period, claims expire.


5.2 The start date of the period is the date of the successful booking.

6. Data Protection


6.1 Stratoor processes personal data of partners and referred customers exclusively to operate the referral program, in accordance with GDPR.


6.2 Partners may only share personal data with Stratoor as necessary to complete the booking.

7. Abuse & Exclusion


7.1 Self-referrals or referrals based on deception, abuse, or other unfair practices entitle Stratoor to exclude the partner and withhold or reclaim rewards.


7.2 Stratoor reserves the right to exclude partners from the program if the terms are violated.

8. Liability


8.1 Stratoor is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.


8.2 For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and restricted to foreseeable typical damages.


8.3 Liability for lost profits or indirect damages is excluded.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions


9.1 Stratoor reserves the right to amend these terms for the future.


9.2 Partners will be notified of changes at least 14 days before they take effect. If the partner does not object within this period, the changes are deemed accepted.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction


10.1 Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).


10.2 Exclusive jurisdiction is Graz, where legally permissible.
